Fundraising And Supporter Services Administrator

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days 

Salary: £23,520 per annum

Annual Leave: 25 days (increasing to 27 after 5 years and 31 after 9 years) +  public holidays

This is a key member of the fundraising team providing exceptional customer service to all of our supporters. You will provide the initial contact for all fundraising and supporter services enquiries and as such need to be an excellent communicator.    

The role is responsible for providing administration including the processing of donations and thanking supporters. This is a busy and varied role where you will complete a range of administrative tasks to support the fundraising team.

Community Fundraiser

The Community Fundraiser will be responsible for growing income and raising the profile of the Hospice in the local community. You will be highly motivated, exceptional in building relationships and providing outstanding stewardship to achieve ambitious fundraising targets. You will be responsible for all community activity including all third party fundraising and internal fundraising campaigns and appeals.
