Transition Family Drop-In Session at Tapping House

We’re excited to be hosting the next Transition Family Drop-In Sessions for families with teenagers approaching transition (age 14+) and young adults who have already transitioned and are living with a life limiting and progressive health condition. In partnership with our adult colleagues across Norfolk & Waveney we hope you will find these sessions provide the opportunity to connect with others, engage in fun activities or just have a cuppa and a chat.
