Summer Fundraiser Challenge

Get ready to dust off your bikes and join a community on the move – Tapping House is thrilled to announce the launch of its brand new summer fundraising event: Tour De Tapping!
Running from late June until 31st August 2025, this cycling campaign is designed for everyone, whether you’re a casual cruiser, a family of weekend peddlers, or a serious cyclist looking for your next challenge.

How ‘Tour De Tapping’ works

Choose from three specially designed distances to match your pace:

🚲 The Tulip Trail – 16 miles
A gentle route, perfect for little legs or relaxed riders.
🚴 Journey of Joy – 58 miles
A moderate challenge for those wanting to go the extra mile.
🚵 Legacy Loop – 116 miles
A mighty ride for those ready to go the distance – inspired by the route connecting all nine Tapping House charity shops.

Complete the challenge in one ride or break it down into shorter rides.

This event idea was inspired by a group of local cyclists – who are taking on the challenge of cycling a route that links all nine Tapping House shops.

“We wanted to do something meaningful for a cause close to our hearts,” says Phil Davies.
“Cycling shop-to-shop felt like the perfect way to honour the support the Hospice provides while exploring our amazing local area.”
