Planning ahead doesn’t have to be scary or difficult.

Why shouldn’t we talk about what we would like so that our final days and hours are as happy as they can be?

Thinking, talking, sharing, and writing down what is important to you about your future takes time and consideration.

It’s a way to focus on the things that matter most to you now and how that informs your wishes and priorities about your future care.

If you are thinking about this, for you or a family member, come and find out a little bit more. Taking these steps now can lead to a more compassionate and supportive community for everyone.

Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the workshop starts at the  Tesco Community Rooms – Hardwick Tesco – meet at customer service at 13.00.
